Omakase — お任せ

Sit at the counter.
Leave the rest to us.

“I leave it to you.” No choosing, no à la carte — just the chef, the season, and an evening built piece by piece in front of you. Plan on about an hour, and book ahead: the counter fills first.

Tsuki45

Both tiers run the same way: the day’s market decides what is served, the bluefin has been aged in-house before it reaches the case, and every piece is pressed the moment before it comes to you — the Edomae tradition, which is curing, aging and marinating, not just serving fish raw.

Walk-ins are seated as seats allow, and when the room is full we seat from a waitlist in the order people arrive. Booked seats are held for ten minutes.
